Introducing our first stable version 🚀

Since January 2024, we have made several improvements and bug fixes to the Harbor, and I believe it is now stable enough to handle most CI cases.

Our experience with it so far has been diverse, with each project requiring its own custom setup, and it has enabled us to improve the Harbor. Obviously, this mission would not have been possible without your assistance. My sincere thanks go out to @shawnhooper, @mgkimsal, @gbradley, @shvansheikha, and anyone else who has contributed to the enhancement of the Harbor or used it in their projects.
