命名规则(file naming and structure)

• dir: 同问题标题 which is the same as title of problem
• file: 默认使用main.go;后续 review 使用main_review_1_150.go这样的命名表明什么时机再次提交答案,如第一次 review 在完成 150 题后.main.go-name of the file is submited for the first time; main_review_1_150.go-name of the file for the first time review after 150 problems were solved; or main_review_2_200.go-name of the file for the second time review after 200 problems were solved;and so on
