TweetSea is a an app for browsing and visualizing tweets sent in coastal regions. Geotagged tweets are the source of mobile network coverage in for a better charter sailboat/yacht experience. Users can see tweets in the proximity and planners can also utilize tweets from a prescribed time window to optimize the waypoints of an upcoming charter.
