fcm test-battery: better reproducibility for CM tests #183

This change improves the ability of the fcm test-battery to run across different sites.

Subversion does not guarantee the order of paths in its output, and it varies between
different versions of APR (see
http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/subversion-users/201203.mbox/%3C1332289054.3028.6.camel@segulix%3E).
This means that we need to apply sorting for the output to be tested across sites.

I've also removed the Subversion 1.6 tests as:

  • we can't easily test them any more
  • we require Subversion 1.8 for many repositories

Looks OK. Should we modify our documentation to say that Subversion 1.8 is now required?

I've updated the documentation to say that only 1.8 is known to work... I think that's fair enough. It probably works with 1.6, although the test-battery doesn't any more.
