This change improves the ability of the
fcm test-batteryto run across different sites.Subversion does not guarantee the order of paths in its output, and it varies between
different versions of APR (see
http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/subversion-users/201203.mbox/%3C1332289054.3028.6.camel@segulix%3E).
This means that we need to apply sorting for the output to be tested across sites.
I've also removed the Subversion 1.6 tests as:
