Product and Version [VS/VSCode]: Recent version by 2018/4/29
OS Version [macOS/Windows]: Windows
Live Share Extension Version: Recent version by 2018/4/29
Target Platform or Language [e.g. Node.js]: PHP

Steps to Reproduce / Scenario:

  1. [Host] Open Share Session
  2. [Guest] Join Session
  3. [Guest] Edit Something
  4. [Guest] Ctrl + S

It should save file, but nothing happen.
To save this file, Host should go to that file and press Ctrl+S EVERYTIME

@U-siro Thanks for reporting this! Its actually a dupe of #254 so closing in favor of that one. We have a fix awaiting deployment.
