the "option" to change the setting is not working or has changed in current versions:
"Live Share: Laucher Client" this does not exist in preferences

Besides, "Clicking the "hamburger" menu in the upper left-hand corner of the editor, and selecting Open in VS Code or Open in Visual Studio" - this does not exists either on the web client

Apologies for the delay here.

The "Live Share: Launcher Client" setting is available via > Preferences: Open Settings (UI) in VS Code then searching for Live Share:

This is showing for me so closing the issue.
