Frontend Client with React & MUI

• Generated new client foundation using create-react-app
• Branch intended to mock the app layout & theme for quicker reiterations as I learn what's possible with MUI design system
• Used --legacy-peer-deps flag to install react-swipeable-views due to lack of package support for React 18 Update to be used along with react 18 oliviertassinari/react-swipeable-views#663
• Specifying Node v16.5.0 to use npm v8.5.5 for GitHub Actions because npm v8.11.0+ has issues resolving from package-lock.json [BUG] npm ci can't resolve dependencies without --force, or --legacy-peer-deps npm/cli#4998
• Rewrote the mock into separated components and containers; aligns with React best practices
• Imported date-fns for age calculation; it has utility to convert to human readable text (i.e., 1 year or 11 months)
• Imported libphonenumber-js for phone number parser & URI generator
