Add option to select which inputs in table dialogs are shown

New options were added:

table_cell_inputs

Selects which inputs should be shown in table cell properties dialog. Shows all as default.
Default value: 'width celltype scope halign valign class'

table_row_inputs

Selects which inputs should be shown in table row properties dialog. Shows all as default.
Default value: 'type align height class'

table_inputs

Selects which inputs should be shown in table properties dialog. Shows all as default.
Default value: 'width height cellspacing cellpadding border caption align class'
