When slickgrid is in a fixed-width div and a horizontal scrollbar becomes necessary, the scrollbar covers the last row

Seems to only be happening when autoHeight option is on. Investigating.

This looks great in everything but IE9

Cannot repro in IE9 when using the repo sources.

This fixed the problem for me in other browsers but I still have the issue in IE (all versions). Should this work for IE if autoheight is true?
