Hibernating State

  1. Inhibits the rover from sending a heartbeat. Communication from the rover is inhibited.
  2. Prevents the rover from using any other sensor/ equipment.
  3. Communication to the rover is still active though, any messages received by the rover are cached.
  4. Once the battery is recharged, the rover goes back into listening state.
