Just a couple of minor things

I'm converting this back to a draft because we discussed that it may be better to merge this into another page as this one does not really offer very much.

I merged the new feature and ideas page into the contribute (community) page. Not sure if I was right to add it this way to the migrated pages (I pointed to the contribute page).
It looks better and all info is now on one page.

Thanks for helping with the migration of this page. I agree that merging it with the current Contributing page makes sense and, although I'm not sure if having all the information as an admonition is the best way to display it, I'm happy to merge it and see what other people think about it :-)

I've just checked that Laurent implemented all these requested changes :-)
