I added initial support for a Metrics per Job Bubble Chart to address #38
That was done by upgrading to glimmer-libui-cc-graphs_and_charts 0.3.0, which now supports a basic Bubble Chart.
In the future, the bubble chart can be enhanced visually by adding x-axis and y-axis labels and markers.
