It would seem that the docker issue in #119 and #125 was also present on my Linux host. I fixed it per your suggestion of binding to ":8181". It's possible when I tested this originally the app would bind to 0.0.0.0 by default. I've confirmed that this works on my Ubuntu host. I also added our names/emails as maintainers in the dockerfile so that we can be reached for future issues. I also updated the image I had put on docker hub.
