Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Functions should use only osapi.h and common_types.h. Other headers are getting refactored in nasa/osal#410.

Describe the solution you'd like
Remove direct use of other headers such as osapi-os-loader.h

Additional context
This is required in order to implement/merge the fix for nasa/osal#410
