Are you sure this relation comes from EHDAA2 @cmungall? Because in ehdaa2-edit.obo I only see part_of EHDAA2:0001093 ! medulla oblongata mantle layer
(plus anyway you're the sole contributor to https://github.com/obophenotype/human-developmental-anatomy-ontology :p)
