Rackspace Best Practices for AWS - Identity Managment - Billing - Auditing.pdf is no longer available, but fanatical_support_for_aws_product_guide_2020-04-29-14:29.pdf seems to cover the same topics.

I don't have the original/missing PDF, so please verify.

@robert-claypool thanks for taking the time to make the pull request. Not sure if your pdf contains the same information, used the wayback machine to find a previously saved version so you can take a look.

Do the any maintainers think it's better to refer to this wayback machine saved version or the new pdf?

I'd go with the Wayback version if it were up to me, but I'd also probably find a more modern guide to best practices. To be direct, that... hasn't been Rackspace for a while now.

@robert-claypool are you able to update your pull request to the wayback version?

We can then open up an issue to find a more modern guide to replace it so it resolves the immediate problem & resolve the other one when we find a suitable replacement

@robert-claypool are you able to make the suggested change to the wayback version?

Would also be happy to make the change if given access to your fork if required
