init lix docs structure

Adds docs structure which is inspired by SvelteKit's doc struture.

Decisions

• using numbers to have ordering
• using two digits to insert new docs without re-shuffling e.g.

10-introdution.md
+15-prerequisites.md
20-install.md

• uses plain .md for portability and de-coupling of renderer (docs can be rendered anywhere)
