- Litmus tests were split, now only locks are failing, so replaced issue 18 with 172 - Blacklist tests were pointing at wrong issue 18, so replaced with 15
Changed issue number of OCIS props to point at more precise issues for checksum, quota and private links.
Unskip OCIS tests related to custom properties, except for those that still fail with issue 217.
