ocis-reva no longer serves the built in oidcprovider: https://github.com/owncloud/ocis-reva/blob/master/pkg/command/frontend.go#L99-L196

update all default configs to use konnectd
update the documentation
- https://github.com/owncloud/ocis/blob/master/docs/building.md still mentions it
