First oCIS Beta Release

Release 1.0.0-beta1

We will do our first beta release on Thursday, 2020-03-18.

Known bugs

• sharing in reva does not work, the ocs sharing api uses ids, which are not yet resolved correctly

Docker docker run -it -p 9200:9200 owncloud/ocis:1.0.0-beta1

Default container has no volume.
Redis server on default port is an external dependency.
