devmem 0.3-tc: Enhancements - removed extra read, alignment checking, changed output

Couple of fixes and args validation. See the docum (wiki) for details.

Almost drop-in compatible with orig. version, except that alignment check enabled by default and read-ahead / read-back disabled by default.
