Public Testnet Deployment

# Retrieve account infos and import one or more accounts to MetaMask

# Obtain test tokens on faucet

# Deploy token to kovan testnet
npx hardhat run --network kovan scripts/deploy-paycer-token.ts

# Verify contract token to kovan testnet
