The setups incorrectly suggests naming the config file for the witness cordapp `did-witness-flows-1.0-SNAPSHOT.jar.conf` when it should actually be `did-witness-flows-1.0-SNAPSHOT.conf` as stated on the corda docs [here](https://docs.corda.net/cordapp-build-systems.html#cordapp-configuration-files)
