Snapshot PR: pganalyze/collector-snapshot#33
This adds
n_ins_since_vacuumto the full snapshot's RelationStatistic. This column is introduced topg_stat_user_tablessince PG13.When the data is not available (aka below PG13), set to zero. This sadly makes it unable to distinguish between the value is actually zero and the data is not available, but I think it's okay to introduce this way to simplify as there are other things to make it clear (like the PG version).
