No search engine in docs

I'm losing some time not having a search engine in the docs! Would be great to be able to have one.

FWIW I'm working on a tutorial for Spectre similar to my VuePress book. There's a built-in search engine <https://vuepressbook.com/> that comes with VuePress.

Thanks ! Much better, especially for newcomers to Spectre. At work we mostly use BS4.1 today, but will try Spectre again for side projects.
