What problem does this PR solve?

Issue Number: ref #36092

Problem Summary:
This tiny PR adapt the temporary(!) QPS query method for the new log backup metric name.
(We must take how long to remove this hack...)

What is changed and how it works?

Change the regex to match both the new and the old series name.
