This session will give you an overview of the ServiceNow Service Portal framework in the context of an Ideation portal, allowing users to submit and vote on ideas. We will cover intermediate-level topics relating to Service Portal, and touch on advanced-level topics giving you a taste of the true power of Service Portal.
NOTE: If you're following this lab in a ServiceNow-run session, on an instance provided to you for the lab, no preparation steps are necessary. The below steps have already been performed for you.
This lab requires that your instance is running the Kingston release of ServiceNow.
- Activate the Project Portfolio Suite with Financials plugin without demo data.
- Download and install the global update set.
- Download and install the scoped update set, or fork and import the application in GitHub.
