Generated documentation now sorts by title, not by file path. If
policyIDexists for a given policy, that is taken into account when sorting the generated policies.examples/policies.mdwas generated by runningmake acceptance. The only code changes are tointernal/commands/document.go, the rest is auto-generated.Fixes #87
