A new implementation of device layer for Linux/Posix platform is needed.

Proposed Solution

Implement the new device layer.

• Add BleManager support for Linux (bluez) [[linux] Linux DeviceLayer needs BleManager #741]
• Add BleManager for Darwin
• Add support for process termination [[linux] Linux DeviceLayer should support process termination. #742]
• Extend tests
• Add example app
