[Keymap] Updates to drashna Keymaps and Userspace

Description

• Update Charybdis 4x6 config based on bastardkb blackpill adapter, and in hand usage
• Fix some issues with mouse layer handling
• Add additional/fix callbacks (housekeeping task)
• Update secure config
• Fix formatting on files
• Add additional unicode typing mode ("Superscript")
• Drastically overhaul oled code to be easier to translate to QP
• Fix layer indication for mouse (and game) layers
• Always touch secrets and autocorrect code to ensure recompilation
