add tkl_* Community Layouts in keyboards

Description

• add tkl_* Community Layout(s) to keyboards with respectively named layout and matching key matrix information
  • where applicable, renamed layout name to Community Layout name, alias(es) added
• Correct ISO Enter key sequence, in layouts, for *iso* layouts
• add matrix_diagram.md for multiple layout boards, where information is available and confirms matrix co-ordinates per key
• where present, remove LAYOUTS from rules.mk
