fix: corne oled modifiers

Note that the same (correct) condition is actually written correctly just above, probably this one was forgotten as it's easy to miss.

Looks like the rest of the splitkb/aurora keyboards also have this issue. If you're comfortable adding this fix to those, that would be welcome.
