Add some more useful features to my alps64 AEK layout #4312

This adds mod-tap navigation to right mods and shift. This also add delete to fn1 layer. Finally, this adds a new fn2 layer for media keys (vol up/dn/mt and brightness adjustment) as well as keys to put the pcb in DFU an debug mode.
