Fix Eclipse build problem in projo-template-annotations tests #65

When building in Eclipse, there is an intermittent build problem because the pro.projo.interfaces.annotation package has a package-info class in both the src/main/java and src/test/java folders. In a command-line Maven build this seems to be inconsequential, but in Eclipse the project will randomly show an error.
