The X10 perl module and its dependency, perl-Astro-SunTime, are used by ZoneMinder, a video surveillance application for linux: https://github.com/ZoneMinder/ZoneMinder .
I've looked at some of the other perl module pull requests as an example to make these spec files. Please let me know if there is something that needs tweaking.
