This CR implements support for Spaced repetition algorithm SM2, specifically the Anki variant of it: https://apps.ankiweb.net/docs/manual.html#what-spaced-repetition-algorithm-does-anki-use
Interaction is that you'd select a number from 1 to 4 indicating how easy for you was to remember the given card and it'd be rescheduled accordingly.
The required metadata is encoded withing the block.
