Cro-Mag Rally v3.0.1 Modded v0.0.1

First initial version of mod. Welcome to the world of Modded Cro-Mag Rally!
No way to build currently for Windows or Linux due to not being able to use those machine types (you can however build from source so no problem there, just follow the instructions exactly).

Additions and Changes:

• Night Mode (some tracks have a darker or more sunset/morning appearance, along with fog in some tracks, with some minor track changes)
• Terrain is wider, making tracks longer and require more time (effects all object placement)
• Arrowheads in non-tournament modes give special items now (only one item right now)
• Zapper for players which slows all CPUs down and makes them small
• Items in-world give you more or less of their type based on RNG
• CPUs have random upgrades to their vehicles and stats, along with random boosts/non-item powers based on difficulty and RNG, making races more unpredictable
• And other interesting changes
• Removed debug features that were causing issues with building
