Fixed the travis errors. |
Handle new packet format. Ignore unknown packets. Handle packets that are not immediately followed by signature. Handle other hash algorithms.

This handles unknown packets and supports more hashing algorithm.
The agent now uses TREZOR_GPG_USER_ID.
