Add state method useful for conditional classnames from an object or string

ssv.state({
  "mark travis": true,
  "matt": true,
  "tom scott": false
}) === "mark travis matt"

ssv.state("mark travis matt") === "mark travis matt"
ssv.state(" travis  travis ") === "travis travis"
