Describe what you noticed and did

Sandboxie installer does not honor IniPath value when updating existing installation.

Today I downloaded sbie's installer v1.9.6 and ran it to update my existing v1.9.5 installation.
The installer:

  1. Put a new Sandboxie.ini at the default directory (C:\Windows)
  2. Deleted the IniPath (REG_EXPAND_SZ) value

How often did you encounter it so far?

Every time I run the installer

Expected behavior

I expect Sbie installer to honor the reg value described above.

I just updated Sandboxie from a previous version (explicitly mentioned in this issue).
