To run the app

go install
go run .

Create index for vehicles on initiation of elasticsearch

Endpoints

• GET /boundary : gets the boundary of fence
• GET /vehicles/bound : gets the vehicles within the boundary
• POST /vehicle : updates vehicle position
• POST /boundary : update boundary
