In Project Settings > Languages, if you set a language for the semantic domains, then go to data entry, the domains in TreeView should match the set language.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Go to "Project Settings" and scroll down to the "Languages" section.
In "Semantic Domains", make a selection.
Go to Data Entry.
Confirm that the semantic domains are in the assigned language.
Return to "Project Settings" and scroll down to the "Languages" section.
In "Semantic Domains", select a different language.
Return to Data Entry.
Bug: The domains are still in the first language.

8. The domains should be in the most recently selected language.

This bug has reappeared. The language in treeViewState does successfully update to match the project's semDomWritingSystem, but has no effect on the loaded domains, which remain in English.
