Unable to access the newly created project; receiving a 403 Forbidden error for the user (Harvester)

Steps to reproduce:

Prerequisite:
Login into Combine application with valid email and password in QA server
URL:https://qa-kube.thecombine.app"

User 1:

1.Create a new project named "Sample Sena" in the Combine with vernacular language “sena” and “English” in Analysis language.
2.In Project Settings > USERS > Add User, enter the username, for example, "ravi," and add it (Check if the role displayed is "Harvester").

User 2 (Ravi):

1.Log in to the Combine application.
2.Click on the new project "Sample Sena." below 403 forbidden error link’s displayed
