My Projects -> (pick a S/R project) -> Settings -> Synchronize

I just saw this in my brand new account too. I thought it was just because it's a brand new account that I've never sent and received before. But I guess if it's a LD project, it should give the date stamp of when the project was first brought into LF.

This looks like a regression introduced in #1047
