I am developing a feature to dynamically monitor folder changes. There is a file similar to
. gitignorethat needs to determine whether it is ignored after the file adds. This requires the use of the underlying methodsisIgnoredByIgnoreFilesorisIgnoredByIgnoreFilesSyncthat are not exposed.
