Import Results Into Skyline

You can load your MetaMorpheus search results directly into Skyline by following the next few steps:

  1. Locate your results in the \Task1-SearchTask\Individual File Results\ folder.
  2. Change the file extension to all lower case *.mzid
  3. Place an .mzml formated data file in the same folder with the *.mzid result. You can get an .mzml version either by calibrating within MetaMorpheus prior to search or using a third party program like MSConvert.
  4. Be prepared to upload a FASTA file.
