…e BuiltIn Target (Unity-Technologies#4984)

* Fix for 1345574.
    Surface shaders don't apply emission in the ForwardAdd pass, neither should the BuiltIn Target

* Changelog entry for fix for 1345574

* Add a new test scene that shows the interaction between spotlights and emissive materials

* Remember to attach the BuiltInGraphicsTestSettings script to the Main Camera

* Add new reference images from initial Yamato runs
