Allow use of nodePort in Varnish service #27

With this change we can start varnish in nodePort so in devel environment we can bind to it

Is this change to avoid having to port-forward the service in devel environment?
I was able to start varnish in a port different than 80 without modifying nodePort.

Yes, but sadly Beren wants to have varnish in local in 80
