The documentation site does not have a blog.
Make the config.rb less opinionated when it comes the developer's environment. The port that middleman serves to does not need to be explicitly set.

This PR tweaks some of the Middleman configuration. Having a simple
.gitignoreand not explicitly setting amiddleman serveport may save some contributors time and effort down the line.
