Credit to @nicksnyder, @chrispine, and @slimsag for the inspiration to make these updates, and for some of the phrasing I included in the update.
I've been chatting with my colleagues about various forms of career progression and high agency, so I've coalesced some of their insight into an update to our values section. Hopefully this can help provide a more well rounded view of what we mean when we talk about being high agency.
I also split the paragraph up into a few sections, in order to make it more readable.
